Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Social media savviness and live-stream/video demo experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide an elevated shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored clienteling.
• Utilize POS systems and data tools to capture customer information and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage store operations including cash wrap, replenishment and visual merchandising.
