Job summary

Under Armour Castel Romano is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales, drive team performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will own merchandising, operations, and daily execution to hit goals and elevate the brand on the sales floor.

You will coach and develop teammates, manage schedules and payroll, and ensure compliance with store standards while leveraging omni-channel tools to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Minimum 1 year management in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a must.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet KPIs and store targets.
• Analyze daily trends and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee store operations: payroll, scheduling, inventory, and visuals.
