Stella Mccartney is seeking a brand ambassador for our new outlet store in Noventa di Piave, Italy. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building client loyalty, and maintaining stock accuracy.

You will work to meet sales targets while upholding Stella values and grooming standards. Responsibilities include applying Stella selling methods, training participation, collaborating with the team, managing CRM/POS, and ensuring sustainable product descriptions and aftersales

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in luxury fashion or outlet retail.
• Customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a team.

Mansioni

• Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to daily, monthly, and annual objectives.
• Apply the Selling Ceremonies and the "Style it like Stella" selling method to maximise sales and brand loyalty.
• Attend and complete available training programs (in-store, online, Yoobic platform).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and follow daily briefings.
• Maintain brand image by grooming standards and operational guidelines as a brand ambassador.
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends to share insights with clients.
• Develop and manage the client portfolio; keep CRM/POS updated and handle special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Ensure an excellent client experience with accurate product descriptions and sustainability focus; resolve complaints effectively.
• Support stockroom operations, manage deliveries/inventories/replenishment, monitor stock levels, and prepare for markdowns.
• Adhere to company policies, focusing on loss prevention and handling IT tickets, aftersales orders, deliveries, adjustments, and returns/repairs.
