Stella McCartney is seeking a Supervisor for our new outlet store in Noventa di Piave. You will lead on the sales floor, drive clienteling and service culture, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve retail objectives.

The role requires selling leadership, KPI-focused strategies, and collaboration with management to promote brand awareness while maintaining visual merchandising and stock controls. Fluency in English is essential.

Competenze

Fluent English required with strong communication skills.
Sales and client management experience in luxury/premium retail.
Ability to analyse selling reports and identify trends.
Previous team management experience is preferred.

Support daily team briefings and communicate trends.
Promote brand awareness and community outreach to capture market share.
