Stella McCartney in Noventa di Piave, Italy, is seeking a charismatic outlet associate to represent the brand and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will manage stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain a pristine store environment aligned with sustainability values.

You will drive sales, apply the brand's Selling Ceremonies, build client relationships, and keep CRM/POS updated while collaborating with the team to meet daily targets.

Competenze

• Excellent communication in English and Italian is required.
• Sales and stock experience in luxury brand/outlet retail preferred.
• Experience in customer service with face-to-face interaction.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environment.
• Strong clienteling skills and relationship-building ability.
