Stella McCartney in Noventa di Piave is seeking a Supervisor to lead our luxury outlet team, delivering exceptional clientelling and a premium service culture while representing the brand with integrity and passion.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive KPI performance, recruit and onboard a high-performing team, support stock and merchandising, and develop meaningful client relationships to grow loyalty and market share.

Competenze

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
Ability to analyse selling reports and identify trends.
Proven track record in leading a sales team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
