Stella Mccartney is seeking a brand ambassador for our new outlet store in Noventa di Piave, Italy. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building client loyalty, and maintaining stock accuracy.

You will work to meet sales targets while upholding Stella values and grooming standards. Responsibilities include applying Stella selling methods, training participation, collaborating with the team, managing CRM/POS, and ensuring sustainable product descriptions and aftersales

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in luxury fashion or outlet retail.
• Customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a team.

• Support stockroom operations, manage deliveries/inventories/replenishment, monitor stock levels, and prepare for markdowns.
• Adhere to company policies, focusing on loss prevention and handling IT tickets, aftersales orders, deliveries, adjustments, and returns/repairs.

You will act as an ambassador for brand in our new outlet store in Noventa di Piave.

Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our on-brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand. You will be also responsible for stock management, ensuring deliveries, transfers, and stockroom organization are handled with precision and efficiency.

Your mission:

• Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to daily, monthly, and annual objectives.
• Correctly apply the Selling Ceremonies and the "Style it like Stella" selling method to maximize sales, brand awareness, and client loyalty.
• Attend and complete available training programs (in-store, online, Yoobic platform), building knowledge of brand values, products, and company standards.
• Actively collaborate with all team members to achieve common goals and ensure customer satisfaction, following the store's daily briefing.
• Maintain the company image by adhering to grooming standards and operational guidelines, acting as a brand ambassador with a proactive attitude.
• Stay informed about competitors, market pricing, and positioning, following industry trends and news to share with clients.
• Develop and manage the client portfolio, keep the CRM/POS system consistently updated, handle special requests (repairs, special orders, returns), and act as a brand ambassador in the market.
• Ensure an excellent client experience aligned with company standards, accurately describing products and benefits with a focus on sustainability, and resolving complaints with optimal solutions.
• Support stockroom operations (deliveries, inventories, replenishment), keep the stockroom tidy and efficient, monitor negative stock, and prepare for markdown periods.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention, manage in-store IT tickets, oversee aftersales orders, deliveries, adjustments, and returns/repairs in line with company policy.

Your Talent:

• Excellent communication skills. English and Italian are a requirement, other languages are helpful (Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Arabic)
• Sales and stock experience ideally within a luxury brand and/or fashion outlet retail.
• Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
• Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively
• Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal
• Strong clienteling skills and experience
