San Clemente Palace Venice is seeking a Night Auditor to manage all nightly audit duties and supervise front desk operations during the night. The role requires operating the hotel front desk systems, PBX, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes in line with Kempinski standards.

Candidates should have 2 years of Front Office experience and know Opera PMS, with strong Italian and English language skills.

Competenze

• Experience: 2 years in a Front Office reception position.
• Cashiering experience in a five-star international hotel is preferred.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and communicate in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Process guest registrations and handle payments.
• Perform nightly balancing and backups for front desk systems.
• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to the Night Manager and desk staff.
• Provide guest assistance and ensure compliance with front office policies.
