Caruso, a Belmond Hotel, seeks a meticulous Night Auditor to supervise overnight Front Office operations and ensure accurate financial balance reconciliations.

You will perform end-of-day close, audit revenues, and generate daily reports while maintaining security and smooth handovers to the morning team. Fluency in Italian and English, plus Opera PMS and Excel proficiency, are required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in Night Audit or Front Office in luxury hotels.
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills; familiarity with accounting principles.
• Fluent in Italian and English; capable of independent night shift work.

Mansioni

• Oversee overnight Front Office operations including late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Perform end-of-day financial close; audit revenue centers, room rates, and payment postings.
• Generate, verify, and distribute daily financial reports to management.
• Maintain night security, safety monitoring, and emergency readiness across property grounds.
• Ensure smooth handovers to the morning Front Office team.
