Caruso, a Belmond Hotel, is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to oversee overnight Front Office operations and financial balance reconciliations. The role involves end-of-day close procedures, reporting, and ensuring secure night operations.

You will work in a luxury hotel environment, requiring strong numerical skills, proficiency in Opera PMS and Excel, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Night Audit or Front Office role within luxury hotels.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical skill, and familiarity with accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and Excel.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with high responsibility.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight Front Office operations, handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Perform end-of-day financial close procedures, auditing revenue centers, room rates, and payment postings.
• Generate, verify, and distribute daily financial reports to departmental management.
• Ensure night security, safety monitoring, and emergency response readiness across property grounds.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare smooth handovers for the morning Front Office team.
