Six Senses Rome is seeking a Guest Coordinator who will embody the Six Senses vision of emotional hospitality and soulful service, ensuring seamless daily operations on the front desk and in administration.

You will answer inquiries, route calls, assist reservations for resort outlets and Experiences, upsell spa and dining facilities, and uphold Six Senses standards, safety procedures, and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
• Bilingual: fluent Italian and good English.

Mansioni

• Oversee the daily operation of the telephone operators during shift and perform administrative duties.
• Answer inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner and route calls to proper extensions.
• Process wake-up calls, messages and faxes promptly and accurately.
• Assist with reservations for resort outlets and Experiences requests.
• Upsell resort, spa, LIFE and dining facilities to guests.
• Ensure proper handover of outstanding matters at shift end and maintain equipment.
• Follow Six Senses guidelines, standards of service, and fire and safety procedures.
