Six Senses Milan seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the front office team and ensure service excellence within brand standards. You will manage reservations, guest profiles, and room selling strategies in collaboration with Guest Services and Housekeeping.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field, plus 2–4 years front office/guest services experience including supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages preferred.
• Valid authorization to work in Italy (visa/work permit) required.

Mansioni

• Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Front Office department and ensure exceptional products and services within brand standards.
• Oversee knowledge of all facilities, services, room types, rates and packages; manage guest history and profiles with Reservations.
• Coordinate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure guest needs are met and operations run smoothly.
• Enforce policies, procedures and budget controls; promote cost-focused training and education.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and financial requirements and safety protocols.
