Six Senses Rome seeks a Senior Bartender to execute beverage service with flair, knowledge of cocktails, wines, and guest interaction in a luxury hotel setting. You will maintain high standards, manage mise en place, and support the team in delivering outstanding service.

You should have 1–3 years in a similar role, fluency in Italian and English, and an EU work authorization. This position is based on site, with a focus on hospitality excellence and upselling opportunities.

Competenze

• 1–3 years' Senior Bartender experience in a luxury hotel or F&B setting.
• Experience in cocktail making, beverage service and garnishing with wine, spirits knowledge.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or health/food handler where required.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Italy (EU citizens).

Mansioni

• Greet guests courteously and attentively.
• Prepare, present and serve drinks as per menus.
• Inspect menus and wine list for accuracy and cleanliness.
• Work with empathy and provide prompt beverage service.
• Maintain mise en place for all beverage outlets.
• Know outlet menus, hours and daily activities.
• Upsell and suggest items to guests when appropriate.
• Keep all equipment clean and in good condition.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and service standards.
• Follow LQA standards and respond to guest feedback.
