Job summary

Six Senses Milan seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the department and ensure exceptional product and service within brand standards. You will oversee operations and drive guest experience alongside strong financial performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field with 4+ years of management experience, fluent in English and Italian, and valid work authorization for Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field plus 4+ years related experience, including management experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Valid authorization to work in Italy is required. Applicants must hold the appropriate visa and/or work permit where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Rejuvenate the culinary experience and leadership in F&B.
• Establish purchasing practices aligned with Six Senses nutrition and sustainability.
• Regularly assess menus and wine lists to stay current with sustainability practices.
• Instil a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
• Deliver pre-established financial returns related to revenue, profitability and ROIC.
• Develop and maintain local F&B marketing programs for the hotel.
• Monitor local competitors and industry trends.
• Operate the hotel in compliance with legal, safety, and budget controls.
