Rosewood Rome is seeking a Banqueting Manager - Events Operations Manager to lead luxury event operations within the Food & Beverage division. You will oversee flawless execution of intimate to large-scale events, coordinate logistics, manage resources, and drive profitability while upholding the brand’s service standards.

Role requires extensive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, strong financial acumen, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Hospitality degree or diploma in hospitality management, business, or culinary arts provides a strong foundation.
• Leadership experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants is essential.
• Deep knowledge of F&B, menu design, wine and premium spirits.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control and P&L analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus for international guests.

Mansioni

• Ensure F&B activities align with corporate and hotel strategies and implement actions as appropriate.
• Prepare and update departmental operation manuals provided by Rosewood Corporate and implement them in the hotel.
• Conduct regular briefings and ensure departmental meetings are effective.
• Hold monthly meetings with all restaurants to share financial performance (P&L) and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Deliver a monthly P&L report with explanations for discrepancies to the Director or Assistant Director of F&B.
• Ensure associates meet Rosewood objectives and always deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues.
