Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Maitre d’Hotel to lead the Seta restaurant team and uphold the luxury service standards the group is renowned for.

You will supervise daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and ensure flawless guest experiences in alignment with MO quality and training programs. A minimum of five years in a luxury establishment, exceptional service, and strong wine knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the local language mandatory.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service in the Speciality Restaurant and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure MO standards in guest service and guest satisfaction.
• Direct and support staff to maintain high service levels.
