Qualifications

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with website technology, navigation and e-commerce terminology.
• Flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday.
• Must have authorization to work and reside in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury omni-channel client experience across phone, live chat, messaging, and video.
• Drive sales opportunities and build relationships across personal shopping, e-commerce, and in-store touchpoints.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and act as a trusted client advocate to resolve inquiries.
