Moncler S.P.A. in Florence is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to embody the brand’s values through refined communication and exceptional client experiences. You will guide clients through Moncler’s heritage and collections, building long-term relationships in a luxury retail setting.

You will contribute to sales targets, inventory activities, and visual merchandising standards, collaborating with boutique colleagues to maintain superior service and operational excellence.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in sales roles, luxury retail preferred.
• International mindset and ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Passion for retail, client orientation, commercially driven.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus.
