Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to all clients, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Identify client needs and present suitable products to drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand history, and current collections to effectively communicate key features and benefits to clients.
• Support visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the brand’s image.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the store’s overall success and smooth operation.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, ensuring products are properly stocked and presented.
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards and a professional, luxurious store environment.
