DoDo Retail Italia S.R.L. is seeking a Client Advisor to embody the DoDo brand, delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales through storytelling and personalized service.

You will act as a brand ambassador, maintain product presentation, leverage CRM tools to build lasting relationships, and stay ahead of fashion trends while ensuring top-tier customer care in a full-time fixed-term role starting 01/12/2026.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong CRM and clienteling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion as a DoDo brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
• Master the Brand and in-depth knowledge of the product.
• Maintain products in an organized, secure, and presentable manner both front and back of house.
• Work with the team to achieve boutique goals and smooth operations.
• Achieve sales results using KPIs and business applications.
• Foster a positive work environment and stay updated on fashion trends.
