Jimmy Choo is seeking a Sales Associate for La Rinascente Tritone in Rome. You will deliver exceptional customer service, reflect the luxury lifestyle of the brand, and develop product knowledge to offer informed guidance. You will build a client base for repeat visits and help maintain stock accuracy.

You will participate in stock takes, support promotions and events, and ensure the boutique presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards while striving to achieve store targets.

Formación

• Experience as a luxury brand sales consultant.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong sales skills and client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of the luxury market, fashion, and customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities while delivering results.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service following our selling ceremony.
• Reflect Jimmy Choo's glamorous luxury image in all interactions.
• Develop product knowledge to offer informed guidance to customers.
• Build and maintain your own client database for repeat visits.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally, advising store management.
• Support stock replenishment and ensure stock accuracy.
• Participate in stock takes and promotional events as required.
• Ensure boutique cleanliness and VM standards in presentation.
