Fluent Italian and English, a proven track record in luxury settings, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

• Strong Rooms Division and guest relations background.
• Passion for hosting, interpersonal skills and hands-on leadership.
• Fluent Italian and English; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily hotel operations and uphold luxury service standards.
• Be present with guests, anticipate needs, handle requests and resolve issues.
• Manage, train and motivate front office, reservations, concierge, guest relations, and housekeeping teams.
• Coordinate with Maya Beach Club, Lido Partenope, the evening restaurant, and events teams.
• Supervise bookings, inquiry handling and short booking-window performance with Revenue Management.
• Strengthen guest satisfaction, team culture, service consistency and loyalty.
