With 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, you’ll excel in a fast-paced service, maintain flawless presentation, and communicate fluently in Italian and English while contributing to a warm, guest-centered culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a host/welcoming role within luxury hotels, fine-dining, or high-end venues.
• Excellent presentation, poise, and welcoming interpersonal skills.
• Experience with reservation management software and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under peak service pressure.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival, manage guest flow, table assignments, and coat checks.
• Manage restaurant reservations and bookings efficiently.
• Communicate guest preferences, celebrations, and allergies to service and kitchen teams.
• Escort guests to tables and introduce the floor team for seamless service.
• Handle calls, inquiries, and seating changes with grace and professionalism.
• Bid farewell to guests and collect feedback to ensure satisfaction.
