Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, in Taormina invites a Guest Relations Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized service for discerning guests. You will anticipate needs, curate bespoke itineraries, and coordinate guest Touchpoints with empathy and precision.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury hospitality, fluent Italian and English, and strong experience with CRM / PMS systems. The role offers a seasonal contract and opportunities to develop in a world-class luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office in luxury hospitality.
• Empathy, warmth and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.
• Problem-solving agility and creative flair for guest delight initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM / PMS systems.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs, repeat guests, special celebrations, and guest preferences.
• Contact guests prior to arrival to assist with pre-stay planning and tailored itinerary curation.
• Welcome VIP guests personally, conducting in-room check-ins and tailored property introductions.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact during stays, resolving feedback and special requests with speed and empathy.
• Coordinate bespoke guest amenities, celebratory gifts, and farewell touches with department heads.
