Job summary

Maya Beach Experience, part of GTO Resorts, on the Sorrento coast, seeks a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead operations and elevate the guest journey.

As a hands-on host, you will manage front office, reservations, concierge, guest relations and housekeeping, coordinating with adjacent venues to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Fluent Italian and English, a proven track record in luxury settings, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

WE ARE HIRING About Maya Maya Beach Experience is a distinctive luxury lifestyle destination on the Sorrento & Amalfi Coast.

Our private bay brings together two hotels (5-star and 4-star, approximately 50 rooms), a landmark beach club, two restaurants, international entertainment and exclusive events for a cosmopolitan clientele.

The opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and highly guest-oriented Hotel Manager to lead our hotel operations and elevate the guest journey. More than an office-based manager, we seek a true hospitality host: visible, approachable, proactive and able to make every guest feel personally welcomed.

• Lead daily hotel operations and maintain consistently high luxury service standards.
• Be present with guests, anticipate individual needs, handle special requests and solve problems quickly.
• Manage, train and inspire front office, reservations, concierge, guest relations and housekeeping teams.
• Coordinate with Maya Beach Club, Lido Partenope, the evening restaurant and private events teams to deliver one seamless experience.
• Supervise booking operations, inquiry conversion and short booking-window performance, working with the group’s centralized Revenue Management team.
• Strengthen guest satisfaction, team culture, service consistency and loyalty

What we are looking for

• Proven leadership experience in luxury boutique hotels, lifestyle resorts or upscale international hospitality.
• Strong Rooms Division, hotel operations and guest relations background.
• Genuine passion for hosting, excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and hands-on leadership.
• Ability to coach teams and work confidently with demanding international and VIP guests. Fluent Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in luxury leisure destinations is an advantage.

Cosa farai

• Guidare le operazioni quotidiane delle strutture e garantire costantemente i più elevati standard di servizio luxury.
• Essere presente a contatto diretto con gli ospiti, anticiparne le esigenze individuali, gestire richieste speciali e risolvere tempestivamente ogni criticità.
• Gestire, formare e motivare i team di ricevimento, prenotazioni, concierge, guest relations e housekeeping.
• Coordinarsi con il Maya Beach Club, Lido Partenope, il ristorante serale e il team dedicato agli eventi privati per offrire un'esperienza integrata e impeccabile.
• Supervisionare le attività di prenotazione, la conversione delle richieste e le performance relative alla short booking window, collaborando con il team centralizzato di Revenue Management del gruppo.
• Rafforzare la soddisfazione dell'ospite, la cultura di squadra, la costanza del servizio e la fidelizzazione dei clienti.

Il profilo che cerchiamo

• Comprovata esperienza di leadership in boutique hotel di lusso, lifestyle resort o realtà di eccellenza nell'ospitalità internazionale.
• Solido background nell'area Rooms Division, nella gestione operativa alberghiera e nelle relazioni con gli ospiti.
• Autentica passione per l'accoglienza, eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative, intelligenza emotiva e stile di leadership pratico e collaborativo.
• Capacità di guidare e far crescere il team, interagendo con naturalezza e autorevolezza con una clientela internazionale ed esigente e con profili VIP.
• Fluente conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere costituirà titolo preferenziale.
• Pregressa esperienza in destinazioni turistiche e leisure di alto livello considerata un plus.
