Job summary

Auberge Collection in Florence seeks a professional Bartender to craft cocktails, educate guests on beverage choices, and deliver exceptional service in a luxury hotel setting.

You will work with the bar team to maintain high standards, create signature drinks, and ensure each guest enjoys a memorable, personalised experience. This is a seasonal, full-time role with 14-month salary structure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for beverage culture, creativity, and personalised guest experiences.
• Attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages per recipes and standards.
• Demonstrate mixology techniques, ingredients, flavours, and presentation for consistency and quality.
• Contribute to signature cocktails and seasonal beverage offerings.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised beverage recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and follow safety and hygiene procedures.
