Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bartender or similar role.
• Passion for beverage culture, creativity, and delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Ability to prepare beverages consistently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide personalised guest service and recommendations based on tastes and occasions.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised bar and manage inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with F&B team to coordinate service and deliver exceptional experiences.
