Rosewood Hotel Group in Rome seeks an In Room Dining Manager to lead our celebrated in-room dining program within the Food & Beverage division.

You will manage multiple outlets, drive profitability, mentor and develop associates, and ensure service excellence in line with Rosewood standards. Collaboration with chefs, front-of-house teams, and hotel leadership is essential to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Competenze

• Hospitality degree or diploma provides foundation for management in luxury hotel F&B.
• Leadership experience in supervisory/management roles within luxury hotels or fine dining.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, premium spirits, and menu design.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and analysis of P&L reports.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus for international guests.

Mansioni

• Align F&B operations with corporate and Director strategy.
• Prepare, update, and implement departmental operations manuals and standards.
• Deliver monthly P&L reports with explanations to F&B leadership.
• Recruit, train, and mentor associates; foster career development.
• Ensure profitability while maintaining Rosewood standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, quality control, and collaboration with chefs and other departments.
