Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the SPA Department, the Spa Receptionist provides the highest level of guest-focused service to ensure the guest experience is beyond expectations and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences. The Spa Receptionist reports to the Spa Manager.

This is a full-time position requiring fluency in English and Italian, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive, service-oriented approach to daily duties including check-ins, reservations and guest

Competenze

• English and Italian language skills required, written and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a service-oriented and proactive approach.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Compliance with MOHG Pillars, LQEs and Guiding Principles.

Mansioni

• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, bookings, inquiries, and provide retail information, help with displays and retail sales.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position.
• Check cash float at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
• Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
