Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Professional training or degree in Pastry/Cood culinary arts preferred.
• Strong technical pastry knowledge: doughs, creams, chocolate, cakes.
• Genuine passion for pastry with quality, precision and presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, creams and other sweet creations.
• Manage assigned pastry section ensuring taste, texture, quality and presentation.
• Support mise en place and ensure timely service preparation.
• Assist with specialty dinners, private events and bespoke guest experiences.
• Contribute ideas to enhance pastry creativity and identity.
• Maintain freshness, flavour, texture, presentation and portioning.
• Finish and present pastries with strong attention to visual presentation.
• Collaborate with Pastry Chef and wider Culinary team; assist with stock and storage.
• Maintain clean, organised workstation and proper use of equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
