Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a talented Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Florence. You will help create exquisite desserts for our restaurants, banquets, and events, working alongside experienced chefs in a luxury setting.

You will support pastry operations, maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of pastry, culinary, or related kitchen experience.
• Passion for pastry, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and food prep techniques.
• Good communication with fluency in Italian; English an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to Four Seasons recipes.
• Support daily pastry operations, including mise en place and station setup for restaurant and banquets.
• Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in supervising and training team members.
• Ensure safe storage, stock rotation, and hygiene standards are met.
• Operate pastry kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with special requests and support other kitchen areas as needed.
