Mandarin Oriental Milan seeks a Reservations Agent to join the Reservations and Revenue Department in Milan. You will handle guest reservation requests with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service while upholding Mandarin Oriental standards.

We value experience in reservations or front office, fluency in English and Italian, and strong attention to detail. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and opportunities within a luxury hotel group.

Competenze

Experience in reservations, front office, or hotel customer service.
English and Italian written and spoken proficiency.

Mansioni

Process reservations via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accuracy of guest details, rates, and availability.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within reservation systems.
Respond to guest enquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Ensure guest preferences and profiles are correctly recorded and communicated.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and follow established procedures.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to support guest requests.
Maintain high standards of communication and service at all times.
Adhere to Mandarin Oriental policies, procedures, and service standards.
Carry out additional duties as required to support operations.
