Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is seeking a F&B Service Expert / Chef de Rang reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager. The role covers all duties related to F&B service across our four outlets.

You will take orders, make menu recommendations, ensure authentic, efficient service, set up outlets, restock inventory, and follow SOPs and brand guidelines. Italian and English skills are required; the hotel offers world-class training and Marriott development opportunities.

Competenze

• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
• Safety-first approach and dependable.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Take guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
• Make recommendations on menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure that all customers enjoy authentic and efficient service and that dining meets expectations.
• Ensure outlets are set up and ready for each service period.
• Order and restock outlet inventory.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and health, safety and hygiene standards.
