Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection in Florence is hiring a Bell Attendant to elevate guest experiences with anticipatory service and seamless assistance. You will welcome guests, handle luggage, escort to rooms, and coordinate departures, while supporting front office operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a luxury hospitality role, a poised demeanor, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• A poised, polished demeanor reflecting Auberge Collection elegance and warmth.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining organisation.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages to support international clientele.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrival & Departure experience: welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, coordinate departures.
• Guest assistance & personalised service: respond to requests, provide information about property and experiences, handle belongings with care.
• Transportation & coordination: assist with guest transport and coordinate with Front Office for seamless arrivals and movements.
• Operational support: maintain lobby and luggage areas; ensure cleanliness and presentation of spaces.
