Oberalp Group, Bolzano, Italy, is seeking a Junior Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics department. You will plan, coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with carriers and partners to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-efficient transportation flows.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience in logistics, fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, customs, warehousing or similar environments is an advantage.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is considered a plus.
• Strong Excel and MS Office knowledge.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor daily transport activities and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers and transportation partners.
• Support alignment between Customer Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Demand Planning.
• Prepare and manage customs-related transport, import and export documentation.
• Coordinate return orders and replacement shipments.
• Support verification of logistics invoices and cost allocation.
• Prepare logistics reports and support KPI analysis.
• Participate in supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives.
