The Oberalp Group offers a 6‑month internship in our logistics department in Bolzano, Italy, starting June 2026. You will gain practical skills in planning shipments, monitoring deliveries, handling returns, and cross‑department communication, with a KPI dashboard project using MS PowerBI.

Educational background in engineering or economics, fluency in Italian and English, and MS Office proficiency are required; German is a plus. An 850€ gross/month allowance is provided.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Plan and Schedule Shipments: Assist in planning and scheduling all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring alignment with company requirements
• Monitor Delivery Activities: Help monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activities
• Manage Goods Returns: Assist in handling goods returns, mistakes, and damages
• Communicate Across Departments: Support daily communication with relevant departments such as the warehouse, purchasing, and customer service.
• Project Work: Contribute to the creation of a key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard using MS PowerBI
• Prepare Import Documentation: Help prepare timely import documentation, including customs authorization for air and sea shipments
• Warehouse and Transportation: Support the interaction between the warehouse and transportation teams
