The Oberalp Group is seeking a proactive Junior Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics department in Bolzano, Italy. You will support daily inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate transport documentation within our international supply chain.

You will collaborate with Customer Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Demand Planning, using ERP/WMS/TMS systems and Excel to monitor transport activities and drive cost-efficient logistics processes.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related field, or a high school diploma with relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in logistics, customs, warehousing, or similar environments requiring structured planning and accurate execution is advantageous.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus.
• Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our Logistics department. As part of our international supply chain, the Junior Logistics Specialist contributes to ensure reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient transportation flows.In this role, you will support the Logistics team in daily operational activities, including planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with logistics partners and carriers, monitor transport activities, and ensure the accurate handling of transport documentation.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments, in line with company requirements

• Support coordination and alignment between Customer Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Demand Planning

• Prepare logistics reports and support KPI analysis

Profile

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field or a high school diploma combined with relevant work experience
• Previous experience in logistics, customs, warehousing, or similar environments requiring structured planning and accurate execution is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German is considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is considered a plus

Annual Gross Base Salary Range: starting from 30,000€. Compensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
