DHL Germany is seeking a Logistics Engineer in Casaletto Lodigiano to support operations, monitor logistics processes, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Transportation and at least 4 years in a similar field.

Candidates should be proficient in Excel and Power BI, fluent in English, and capable of performing data analysis and KPI tracking to identify root causes and improve overall efficiency.

Logistic Engineer

In this role you:

• Support the Operations in critical operations to find solutions;
• Monitoring and reporting of logistics process
• Lean activities: continuous improvement with focus on the quality of the processes
• Play a key role in implementing strategic Corporate tools;
• Implement smart productivities tools;
• Manage Site Leader to define a solid action plan to improve efficiency;
• Look after analysis about root causes about gaps actual performance vs planned one;
• Analyze root causes in changing order profiles inbound and outbound;
• Collaborate with Continuous ImprovementTeam;
• Analyze and design solutions to improve processes in Supply Chain;
• Manage the operational flows, related productivity and KPIs

Now, here’s what we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics / Transportation
• At Least 4 years experiences in a similar role in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing industries;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
• Fluently in English
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;

• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
