Voi Technology in Turin is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead to oversee local warehouse and fleet operations, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping. You will drive stock control and team development while coordinating with 3PL partners and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, fluent English, and an Italian driving licence with occasional van driving.

Competenze

2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
Experience managing and developing a team.
Full Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required).
Fluent English; comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, G Suite).

Mansioni

Warehouse Operations: oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping
Inventory Management: manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels
Team Leadership: manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training
Process & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures
Health & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory training, and incident management processes
Fleet Support: support van operations, including tracking device installation/removal
