Villeroy & Boch Group seeks a Local Product & Portfolio Manager to bridge HQ strategy with the local market. You will select product ranges, coordinate launches, and ensure regulatory compliance for local offerings.

Responsibilities include local pricing, competitive monitoring, and the localization of catalogs and materials. Collaboration with central teams and local sales partners is essential for successful market adaptation.

Competenze

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Solid experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or trade marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and optimize pricing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analyze the global product portfolio and select the most suitable local range (collections, variants, accessories).
• Coordinate local launches and phase-out legacy collections per HQ guidelines.
• Ensure local products comply with certifications and country regulations.
• Define and optimize the local price list based on global guidelines and local competition.
• Localize catalogs, technical sheets, price lists, and materials for B2B and end consumers.
• Support training with detailed product features and USPs for sales and distributors.
• Participate in HQ-local alignment meetings to maintain brand standards.
