Job summary

Villeroy & Boch Group (Ideal Standard) is seeking a Local Product & Portfolio Manager to bridge global strategy with the local market. You will manage the local product range, coordinate launches, and ensure compliance with regional regulations, while supporting pricing and market positioning initiatives.

Responsibilities include localizing catalogs and materials, training the sales network, and maintaining alignment with HQ brand standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or trade marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and benchmark competitors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to bridge HQ and local teams.
• Self-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple localization projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the global product portfolio and select the local range of products.
• Coordinate local launches and phase-out legacy collections per HQ guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local certifications and country regulations.
• Define and optimize local price lists balancing margins and competitiveness.
• Monitor local competition and feed insights to HQ.
• Localize catalogs, technical sheets, and materials for B2B and consumers.
• Support training teams to translate USPs for sales, distributors, and partners.
• Participate in HQ-to-country alignment meetings to maintain brand identity.
