Villeroy & Boch Group seeks a Local Product & Portfolio Manager to bridge HQ and the local market. You will shape the local product portfolio, coordinate launches, and ensure compliance with regional regulations while aligning with global pricing and brand standards.

You will collaborate with central teams, local authorities, and sales to optimize product performance and market position. A strong background in product management and trade marketing is essential for success.

• Local Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: select the best product ranges for the local market, align with HQ.
• Pricing & Market Positioning: define and optimize local price lists against global guidelines.
• New Product Launches & Trade Activation: localize catalogs, sheets, price lists, and training for Profi-Portal and retailers.
• HQ-to-Country Bridge: participate in alignment meetings to maintain global brand identity locally.
