Job summary

xFarm Technologies seeks a Local Marketing Specialist for Italy & new markets to adapt our global strategy for Italy and Europe, ensuring campaigns, content and events resonate locally while aligning with the brand. You will partner with sales, product and global marketing, own local go-to-market plans, budget recommendations and 360° campaigns including fairs, digital content, and CRM.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing local campaigns in marketing.
• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1).
• Experience designing 360° local marketing plans including budget.
• Hands-on event management including fairs and conferences.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills to adapt global messaging.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the country yearly strategic plan with Head of Regional Marketing.
• Propose and update the go-to-market strategy aligning sales, marketing and product.
• Design the local marketing plan at 360° for your countries with budget guidance.
• Own delivery of local events: positioning, briefs, logistics, on-site execution and reporting.
• Adapt global content for local needs: website, product launch assets.
• Deliver the social media plan on IG & FB from calendar to assets and monitoring.
• Analyze marketing initiatives ROI to maximize business impact.
• Conduct on-the-ground market intelligence on competitors, pricing and needs.
• Activate local partnerships and co-marketing with retailers and distributors when relevant.
• Design local CRM campaigns aligned with editorial calendar and priorities.
• Contribute to the corporate Linkedin editorial calendar with the global team.
