Miramis Group cerca un bagnino per la stagione estiva 2027 presso Isolotto Beach Club a Porto Ercole. Il ruolo prevede vigilanza continua, tutela della sicurezza e intervento in emergenze, con coordinamento tra reception e team.

Contratto stagionale da aprile a ottobre, con salario base competitivo e ulteriori elementi variabili. Benefici includono buoni pasto, alloggio per il personale e servizio navetta, in linea con CCNL Turismo.

Qualifications

• Certificazione di bagnino riconosciuta.
• First Aid e BLS-D aggiornati.
• Conoscenze avanzate di tecniche di salvataggio in acqua.

• Garantire la sicurezza degli ospiti nell’area balneare con vigilanza continua.
• Rispettare regolamenti e standard di servizio elevati.

In southern Tuscany we find Hotel LA ROQQA, Scirocco Restaurant, and Isolotto Beach Club in Porto Ercole, Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola in Porto Santo Stefano, and the country estate La Capitana in Magliano in Toscana, which is undergoing a major repositioning project this year.

Position

We are looking for a Lifeguard for 2027 summer season, for our Isolotto Beach Club, reporting to the Beach Club Manager.

Your role and mission at Miramis

As Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the safety of guests in the bathing area, ensuring constant supervision, compliance with current regulations and high standards of order and service. You will maintain full concentration and continuous vigilance at all times, avoiding any distraction that could put guests’ safety at risk. You will be in charge of risk prevention, monitoring water conditions and safety equipment, and responding promptly in an emergency, applying rescue and first aid procedures.

You will also help welcome guests and monitor access and attendance in coordination with Reception and the Beach Club team, making sure that beach spots are correctly assigned, clean and tidy. Every day, you will check that emergency equipment is complete and in working order, report any issues or maintenance needs, and work with other departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

Requirements for the role:

• Strong sense of responsibility, constant attentiveness and reliability
• Courtesy and professionalism, in line with company procedures and the property’s standards of appearance and conduct
• Recognised lifeguard certification
• Up-to-date First Aid and BLS-D certification
• Solid knowledge of the main water rescue techniques, both poolside and on the beach
• Advanced ability to use safety devices and rescue equipment
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Experience in enforcing safety regulations and internal rules

Other information

We like to call it “Total Reward,” because our compensation proposal takes into account several aspects.

Contract and compensation:

• Seasonal contract for 2027, approximately from April to October. Start and end dates may vary depending on the property and operational needs;
• Gross annual salary starting from €22.263, to which variable elements are added where applicable: public holidays, Sundays, night shifts, overtime/additional work, and tips; salary varies according to the candidate’s experience and is assessed during the individual selection process;
• Contract in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Tourism - Confcommercio, with a 5 working days + 2 days off schedule.
• Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) of €8 for each day of work;
• For relocating employees : shared accommodation at our Staff Residence or apartment;
• Shuttle service to work for relocating employees without a car;
• Discounts and partnerships for health and personal care, training, travel, and entertainment.
