Miramis Group in Porto Santo Stefano, Italy, seeks a Driver/Chauffeur for the 2027 summer season to provide safe, punctual transfers for guests and staff, and to manage the luxury fleet with discretion and impeccable presentation.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will follow routes confidently, perform basic vehicle checks, and ensure all documentation is in order. The role offers seasonal work from June to September with relocation options and meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Valid Category B driving license for at least 5 years.
• 1–2 years of driving experience in hospitality or luxury services.
• Fluent in Italian and working knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

In southern Tuscany we find Hotel LA ROQQA, Scirocco Restaurant, and Isolotto Beach Club in Porto Ercole, Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola in Porto Santo Stefano, and the country estate La Capitana in Magliano in Toscana, which is undergoing a major repositioning project this year.

Position

We are looking for a Driver / Chauffeur for our summer season 2027, at our property Torre di Cala Piccola Hotel reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager.

Your Role and Mission at Miramis

As a Miramis Driver, you will be the first and last smile our guests encounter — a true ambassador of our hospitality!

Your mission is to provide safe, punctual, and elegant transfers for guests and staff between airports, train stations, local attractions, and partner locations. You will manage our luxury fleet, taking care of every detail, collaborating with colleagues to ensure flawless logistics and discretion, and always presenting yourself in accordance with luxury standards.

Requirements

Requirements for the role:

• Valid Category B driving license for at least 5 years
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience in hospitality, luxury services, or NCC/chauffeur roles
• Excellent knowledge of local and regional routes and confident use of GPS systems
• Fluent in Italian and working knowledge of English
• Ability to manage and perform basic maintenance checks on company vehicles
• Proper management of documentation and compliance (insurance, permits, etc.)
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus

Other information

We like to call it “Total Reward,” because our compensation proposal is holistic and takes into account several aspects.

Contract and compensation:

• Seasonal contract for 2027, approximately from June to September. Start and end dates may vary depending on the property and operational needs;
• Gross annual salary starting from €22.263, to which variable elements are added where applicable: public holidays, Sundays, night shifts, overtime/additional work, and tips; salary varies according to the candidate’s experience and is assessed during the individual selection process;
• Contract in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Tourism – Confcommercio, with a 5 working days + 2 days off schedule.
• Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) of €8 for each day of work;
• For relocating employees : shared accommodation at our Staff Residence or apartment;
• Shuttle service to work for relocating employees without a car;
• Discounts and partnerships for health and personal care, training, travel, and entertainment.
