Qualifications

• Proven track record of process improvements and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing logistics fulfillment processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using data-driven methods.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs related to logistics quality (delivery time, accuracy, damage rates, cost).
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and present outcomes to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain.
• Train and mentor staff on new processes and quality standards.
