Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics with quality improvement and P&L impact.
• Proven track record of cost reductions and operational efficiencies in a complex logistics environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Analyze current logistics operations to identify pain points, inefficiencies and cost drivers across warehousing, transport, and last-mile.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance logistics quality and reduce damage, improve delivery accuracy and speed.
• Quantify financial impact of quality improvements and report on P&L contributions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate quality improvements into existing systems and workflows.
• Lead projects adopting new logistics technologies, automation, and best practices.
• Establish and track KPIs for logistics quality aligned with business objectives and P&L targets.
• Develop training programs for logistics personnel to ensure consistent quality practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective actions.
• Benchmark JD.com's logistics quality against industry leaders and seek competitive opportunities.
