Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Biandrate, Italy, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) to lead Lean initiatives and elevate site performance. You will collaborate with site leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or Economics (or a Master in Supply Chain), has 2+ years in CI in manufacturing or logistics, and is proficient in Excel and Power BI with solid data analysis; English proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics; Master in Supply Chain preferred.
2+ years in continuous improvement in manufacturing or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement.
Good knowledge of English.
Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
Proactive, team player with strong communication and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization.
Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
Manage and support process improvement projects
Implement and monitor KPIs
Promote and convey continuous improvement tools
Manage continuous improvement opportunities and address necessary actions
Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
