Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Process Support professional in Italy. You will provide daily technical support to production teams, perform time studies, and develop standard work to drive productivity.

The role emphasizes lean initiatives, tool validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Quality, and Engineering. The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma and has at least two years in manufacturing, with strong Excel and basic English.

Competenze

• Must have technical diploma in a related field (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering).
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with methods and time analysis, labor standards, or industrial engineering activities.
• Proficient with reading technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production data analysis.

Mansioni

• Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
• Perform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish labor standards.
• Analyze routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvements.
• Develop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Monitor production performance against labor standards and take corrective actions.
• Assist in Lean Manufacturing projects (5S, waste reduction, CI).
• Coordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing transfer activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure efficiency.
• Train operators on new processes and work instructions.
• Maintain manufacturing master data, routings, and production docs within ERP systems.
