Job summary

Rotork plc in Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement and document shop floor processes, driving continuous improvement across the factory during a period of transformation. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will audit, provide technical support, and be involved in problem analysis and resolution to improve efficiency.

You will propose new processes and equipment as appropriate, work with a proactive team and maintain strong attention to detail while applying

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (Solid Edge).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment with electromechanical products.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
• Good command of English (B1–B2).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document shop floor manufacturing processes.
• Participate in audits and provide technical support.
• Analyze problems and propose new processes/equipment when beneficial.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency projects across the factory.
